Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience. The position works 3pm–11pm, Wednesday through Sunday, and offers benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• License: Valid driver’s license or within commuting distance.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic arithmetic with money; understand time formats.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and assist with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; manage keys and tickets accurately.
• Maintain professional demeanor and effective communication with guests and staff.
• Complete tasks with accuracy within the shift and follow established procedures.
