Job summary

Towne Park in Maryland is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and valet service with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, help with luggage, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday to Friday with afternoon and early morning shifts. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state or nearby commute.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and professionally; use guest last names.
• Assist with parking, vehicle retrieval, and bell services as needed.
• Help guests with luggage and deliver items when requested.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and process, issue claims and manage ticketing.
