Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup at arrival and departure, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and using guest names during interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language; basic arithmetic competency.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest names when interacting.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explains parking rates and retrieves keys and claim checks accurately.
• Manages ticket and vehicle information and processes revenue when required.
