Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at our Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa site. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and maintain organized valet operations with a strong safety mindset.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required to support busy peak times and

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, run, and lift luggage for extended periods.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing.

• Demonstrate a strong guest-first mentality and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods.
