Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking an essential cleaning and maintenance attendant who works mainly on the casino floor. This role involves exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise, uses heavy-duty floor scrubbers, vacuums and extractors, and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will perform daily cleaning, sanitize high-touch areas, follow safety guidelines, assist guests, and support special cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Six months of general work experience or a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom and office cleaning, and trash removal.
• Sanitize and disinfect the exterior of gaming machines, chairs, tables, doors, and other high-touch areas.
• Follow company guidelines for cleaning and properly disposing of biohazardous spills.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence in the cleaning and detailing of all work areas.
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions on the property.
• Clean outside areas as required and perform duties on special cleaning projects.
• Operate heavy‑duty cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
