Cherokee Nation Entertainment's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa seeks a Server to be the face of hospitality, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests feel valued. You will uphold safety and cleanliness standards while handling payments in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a lively environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences and teamwork across venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Completion of alcohol awareness training.
• Eligibility for a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
