Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead the valet team and ensure smooth operations across shifts. You will assign duties, monitor traffic flow, and support guest service needs while coordinating with the Valet Manager and other departments during VIP arrivals, events, and peak occupancy.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, training, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ year of valet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Work environment may include crowd noise and second-hand smoke; safety testing may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise valet attendants during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Assign duties and coordinate daily tasks for valet attendants.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to review expectations, VIP arrivals, events, and occupancy levels.
  • Monitor traffic flow and vehicle staging to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure proper vehicle handling, key control, ticket management, and documentation procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and complete incident reports when necessary.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Train, coach, and mentor valet team members.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs, ticket tracking, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk and other departments during high-volume periods.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of valet offices, key storage, and staging areas.
  • Assist with scheduling and attendance monitoring.
  • Perform valet attendant duties during peak times as needed.
  • Promote teamwork, professional communication, and a guest-first service culture.
  • Maintain calm professionalism in busy environments.
