LAZ Parking is hiring Luxury Valet Attendants in Downtown Austin, TX. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Shifts include 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm for various part-time, full-time, overnight, and seasonal opportunities.

Base pay ranges from $10–$12 per hour plus tips, with the average hourly rate at $18–$20 (tips included). Take-home tips daily and benefits are offered.

The Details

• Title: Luxury Valet Attendant
• Part-time, Full-time, Overnight, Seasonal opportunities available
• Average hourly rate is $18/hr - $20/hr (rate includes tips)
• Take home tips daily $$$
• Compensation: base pay is $10 - $12 per hour plus tips
• Location: Luxury Hotels in Downtown Austin, Texas
• Schedule: 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm), days and shifts vary; looking for candidates with flexible schedules
• Requirements: Valid Driver's License for 2+ years

The Spirit Of The Position

A LAZ Valet Parking Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

What Will I Do?

• Park and retrieve cars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face!
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
• Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle and to vehicle as necessary.
• Turn off each car and remove keys.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket and provide retrieval process.
• Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
• Promote awesome customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, make them love LAZ Parking the moment they meet you.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (at least 2 yrs).

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Payouts
