Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Colorado. You will greet customers, dispatch shuttles to ensure timely service between parking facilities and the airport, and help meet performance targets through effective shuttle movement.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, basic math/computer abilities, and the ability to multitask while communicating clearly in English for safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport.
• Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
