Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking Parking Guest Attendants for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends. This part-time role offers a $12.50 hourly rate with bonus opportunities and access to an employee ownership program. Training and development are provided, with benefits for eligible employees.

Expect friendly guest service, entry/exit lane support, phone assistance, and teamwork to deliver excellent experiences. Candidates should be able to stand long hours and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Clear English communication for safety.
• Proficient with Apple devices and kiosk technology.
• Comfortable in inclement weather and standing most shifts.
• Lifts up to 30 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide quick, courteous assistance at entry/exit lanes.
• Answer phones and assist customers using mobile devices.
• Collaborate with team to ensure best guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean.
• Provide information on TPS Spot Club program.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
