Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a part-time Parking Guest Attendant in Windsor Locks, CT. You will welcome guests, assist with entry/exit, and support a fast-paced service environment at our location.

The role offers regular bonus opportunities and a path to employee ownership. You should be comfortable using Apple devices and kiosk systems, and you must be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety.
• Comfort with Apple devices and kiosk systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance at entry and exit lanes.
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices and our services.
• Collaborate with all team members to deliver the best guest experience.
• Keep work areas neat and clean for safety and efficiency.
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program.
