East West Hospitality's Solaris Residences in Vail, CO is hiring a Concierge to be the ultimate guide for guests and owners. You’ll craft personalized itineraries, arrange dining and activities, and provide recommendations to elevate every stay.

In this role you’ll leverage your knowledge of the Vail Valley to coordinate reservations, deliver responsive service before and during each visit, and welcome guests on arrival with thoughtful, memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, activity, and other reservations.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for dining and experiences.
• Serve as primary contact for owner and guest requests.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure and arrange welcome amenities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities to tailor each guest's Vail Valley experience.
• Suggest dining options, activities, and unique experiences based on guest preferences.
• Respond promptly to owner/guest requests before and during stays with personalized service.
• Assist with mail/packages and support front desk operations as needed.
