East West Hospitality is hiring a Concierge for Solaris Residences in Vail, CO. You will guide guests and owners using local knowledge to craft personalized itineraries, reservations, and recommendations that elevate every stay.

Ideal candidates have strong English, basic math, and comfort with computers and Outlook. Spanish is a plus. This full-time, year-round role offers a competitive hourly wage, tips, and a $2,000 hiring bonus, plus a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Basic math and reasoning abilities are needed.
• Comfort using computers, phones, Microsoft Office and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, activity, and other reservations for guests and owners.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for dining, activities, and experiences.
• Serve as primary contact for owner and guest requests with responsive, personalized service.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure and help with pre-arrival plans and amenities.
• Assist with mail, packages, and front office support as needed.
