Job summary

East West Hospitality, at Solaris Residences in Vail, is seeking a Concierge to be the ultimate guide for our guests and owners. Use your knowledge of the Vail Valley to craft personalized itineraries, make dining and activity reservations, and provide recommendations that enhance every stay.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient with computers, MS Office, and Outlook, with strong English communication skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong English communication skills and basic math ability.
• Comfort using computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, activity reservations.
• Provide dining, activities, and local recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for owner and guest requests.

In this role, you'll use your knowledge of the Vail Valley to craft personalized itineraries, make dining and activity reservations, and provide recommendations that enhance every stay. Your expertise in local services, events, transportation, and the Solaris property will help build strong relationships and elevate the guest experience to new heights. Duties Include

• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, activity, and other reservations while helping owners and guests plan and personalize their Vail Valley experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations for dining, activities, and unique experiences throughout Vail and the surrounding area.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for owner and guest requests, providing responsive, personalized service before and throughout each stay.
• Welcome owners and guests upon arrival and departure, prepare rental guest welcome amenities, and help ensure a smooth, memorable experience.
• Assist with mail and packages and provide additional guest services and front office support as needed.

Employment Type:

Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate:

$23 - $25/ hour + tips and commissions; $2,000 hiring bonus paid in two installments: first half after 30 days and second half after 90 days.

Schedule:

Flexibility to work either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. Thursdays and Fridays are required; the remaining workdays can be arranged flexibly based on business needs and employee preference.
