They are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage reservations, pre-arrival plans, amenities, and multiple requests without losing track of the details. They are resourceful problem‑solvers who listen carefully, understand what guests are looking for, and know how to turn a request into a personalized Vail experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong English communication skills, basic math and reasoning ability, and comfort using computers, phones, Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Spanish-language skills are a significant plus.
