Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an experienced outside sales professional for the Vail, CO territory. You will build relationships with new and existing accounts, promote Sysco products and services, and may work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.

Residence within one hour of the territory or willingness to relocate is required. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus incentives, a car allowance, cell phone, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline.
• HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred; Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales or Chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and maximize profitable sales growth within territory.
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, and tailor product/service mixes to customer needs.
• Provide product information and training to customers and manage credit/collections as needed.
• Travel to customer accounts and participate in sales meetings and events.
• Review daily/weekly reports and prepare sales budgets and quotes.
