You will act as a trusted advisor on Vermeer equipment, partnering with customers and the sales team to deliver value-added solutions while strengthening relationships. Qualifications

• Must build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture regional customer relationships and monitor market activity.
• Schedule and deliver product demos and technical presentations to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Coordinate machine deliveries and provide on-site operation and maintenance training.
• Maintain ongoing customer communications to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Collaborate with store leadership, sales teams, and manufacturing partners on product, technical and commercial topics.
• Identify additional parts, service, and sales opportunities and refer leads to appropriate teams.
• Provide ongoing product training to customers and internal staff.
