You will be a trusted advisor, working with customers and sales teams to deliver value-added solutions and maximize market share. The role emphasizes relationship development, product demonstrations, delivery and training, and identifying new opportunities while collaborating with store leadership and partners.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Relationship development: Build strong industry relationships and monitor market opportunities.
• Product demonstrations: Schedule and conduct product demos and technical presentations.
• Delivery & training: Coordinate machine deliveries and provide onsite operation and maintenance training.
• Customer follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and long-term success with equipment.
• Cross-team collaboration: Communicate with store leadership, sales teams, and partners on product, technical, and commercial topics.
• Opportunity identification: Identify parts, service, and sales opportunities and refer leads to appropriate teams.
