Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC seeks a Casting Maintenance Technician to operate Eqiax, DS and SX vacuum furnaces, load metals, and ensure on-time production of high-quality investment castings. You will document daily logs, monitor casting cycles, and support process improvements in a fast-paced foundry environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and preferably foundry experience; forklift skills and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; foundry experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering procedures and safety instructions.
• Experience operating vacuum casting equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Eqiax, DS and SX vacuum furnaces to pour alloys per specs.
• Perform startup checks, tool calibration and daily maintenance.
• Document melt logs and furnace checks; monitor cycle trends.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure safe, clean work area.
