Job summary

Sanofi Vaccines seeks an Area Business Manager for Tucson, AZ to drive a business-focused, account-based vaccine portfolio. You will orchestrate cross-functional support, engage in B2B interactions with pediatrics and health systems, and own revenue outcomes in your geography.

You will lead strategic plans, leverage AI and digital tools, and adapt to changing sales methodologies while maintaining high integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales in B2B.
• Ability to navigate a hybrid environment and omnichannel customer engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven insights.
• Travel up to 75% to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Grow portfolio share and revenue while delivering on product goals.
• Be a therapeutic area expert to differentiate products effectively.
• Coordinate with field-based stakeholders to address customer needs.
• Identify market dynamics and develop strategies to support objectives.
• Engage with data and insights to help HCPs operate more effectively.
• Plan and execute local promotional programs and activities.
• Maximize budget to support execution of strategies and grow the business.
• Lead initiatives for sales success, including congresses and meetings.
