Job summary

Profound Research is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support high-volume vaccine trials with day-to-day study coordination and patient interaction. You’ll learn study procedures in a fast-paced, site-based environment, building hands-on experience in data collection and regulatory compliance.

This 1099 contract role offers potential conversion to full-time based on business needs and performance, with emphasis on ownership, attention to detail, and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree with 3+ years in life sciences or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 1+ year relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with relevant coursework.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in patient settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume vaccine trials, schedule visits, and assist procedures.
• Support data collection and documentation, ensuring audit-ready records.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen handling as trained.
• Prepare for visits, organize supplies, and keep the site team aligned.
• Communicate clearly with participants, staff, and leadership; maintain patient-centered service.
