Job summary

Profound Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to join our fast-paced vaccine trial team. This 1099 independent contractor role supports high-volume study visits, protocol-driven data collection, and cross-functional collaboration with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of clinical research experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a site-based environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with clinical research background.
• Experience coordinating studies and visits per protocol.
• Ability to perform/assist clinical procedures per protocol.

Responsibilities

• Serve as coordinator for assigned vaccine trials from start-up to closeout.
• Execute participant visit flow, data collection, and documentation.
• Support high-volume clinic days and ensure smooth visit flow.
