Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Market Access Projects and Integration Lead in Morristown, NJ with a hybrid work pattern (3 days on-site). You will coordinate strategic projects, translate enterprise strategy into Market Access priorities, and partner with sales, marketing, medical, and other functions to drive impactful outcomes.

Lead the onboarding of new initiatives and ensure execution across the organization. You will report to the Head of Market Access and help shape the team's strategic roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in life sciences, consulting, commercial, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics and portfolio selling environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the Head of Market Access, Vaccines across various forums.
• Drive strategic clarity and alignment across Market Access, including ownership of priorities and updates.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear direction within Market Access and Vaccines Commercial.
• Monitor progress, remove barriers, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Synthesize field insights and competitive intelligence to guide leadership decisions.
