Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAS or R programming
• Proficiency in CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific programming deliverables with leadership and hands-on support to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Plan and track programming activities, timelines, and resources in a global setting.
• Maintain consistency in specifications and programming deliverables across studies.
• Lead regulatory submission activities and ensure CDISC data packages meet Health Authority expectations.
• Oversee outsourcing engagements and guide interactions with external resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project statisticians and clinical teams.
• Mentor junior staff in programming techniques and standards.
