Job summary

Sanofi Morristown is seeking a Project Programming Lead to oversee scientific programming for vaccines projects across development stages. You will lead the team, coordinate global activities, and ensure regulatory-compliant data packages.

The role requires extensive SAS/R experience, CDISC expertise, and a track record in leadership within a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment. You will drive automation and process improvements while partnering with statisticians and CROs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related health sciences field.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAS or R programming experience; proficiency in CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory submission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific programming deliverables; provide leadership and hands-on support to ensure high-quality, timely outputs while complying with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and track programming activities, timelines, and resources in a global setting.
• Drive standardization and consistency across studies and analyses; manage regulatory submission activities including electronic packages.
• Coordinate outsourcing engagements and guide interactions with external resources; mentor junior staff.
