Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center is seeking a Vaccine and Lab Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and compliance of vaccine and CLIA-lab programs across multiple sites. You will train site teams and ensure adherence to VFC and CLIA requirements while coordinating with leadership.

You will develop training, lead audits, manage certifications, and foster partnerships with community and regulatory partners to enhance patient access to vaccine and lab services.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience administering vaccines in a primary care setting required.
• Two years’ vaccine coordination and/or lab program oversight required.
• Bachelor’s in Public Health Administration or related field strongly desired.
• CMA or LPN or comparable certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and compliance of vaccine and lab programs across VGMHC sites.
• Deliver regular trainings to maintain and improve program quality.
• Lead site audits and ensure CLIA and VFC compliance.
• Coordinate with clinic leaders for vaccine/lab program workflows.
• Build relationships with community partners and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor program performance through regular reports and data analyses.
