Job summary

Codman Square Health Center is seeking a Vaccine Program Coordinator to oversee vaccine-related activities for patients and staff, ensuring clinical compliance, safety, and efficient operations under the Chief Nursing Officer.

The role coordinates vaccine supply, staff immunizations, and immunization clinics; collaborates across clinical units to maintain quality data, meet regulatory requirements, and promote best practices in immunization delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA nurse (LPN or RN) in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in vaccine administration or public health.
• Ability to coordinate complex clinical programs across teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and immunization registries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vaccine supply, inventory, and storage per guidelines.
• Lead staff vaccination processes and onboarding clearance.
• Plan and run annual Flu Clinics and other immunization events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DP H, HRSA) and reporting.
• Collaborate across nursing, infection prevention, operations, and quality.
