Job summary

Wallis Annenberg Legacy Foundation is seeking a Vaccine Clinic Support Assistant to provide operational support for vaccination clinics, including setup, breakdown, logistics, and day-of event operations. This role reports to the Director of Facilities and Operations and supports the on-site site lead.

The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, capable of performing physical tasks, and comfortable providing basic technical support to clinic staff and participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of vaccine clinic locations, including tents, tables, chairs, signage, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide general support to the Clinic team as it pertains to all equipment, supplies and setup.
• Troubleshoot minor technology issues related to clinic operations, including laptops, printers, tablets, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout clinic operations.
• Load, unload, and move supplies and equipment as needed.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with all team members in a manner that exemplifies positivity and the Annenberg touch.
• Work in environment surrounded by animals.
• Related duties as assigned
