Job summary

Wallis Annenberg PetSpace is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to provide hands-on operational support for community-based animal wellness and vaccination clinics, including setup, breakdown, and logistics. The role may involve working outdoors around dogs and other animals, with day-of-site direction from the site lead and guidance from the Director of Facilities and Operations.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Experience with event setup, facilities, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and load supplies and equipment for clinics.
Assist with setup and breakdown of clinic locations, including tents, tables, chairs, and signage.
Provide general operational support to the Clinic team for equipment, supplies, signage, and site logistics.
Troubleshoot minor technology issues related to clinic operations (laptops, printers, tablets, Wi-Fi).
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout clinic operations.
Move supplies and equipment as needed for clinic and related tasks.
