Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Florida is seeking an energetic sales professional to present vacation ownership options to prospective owners and close deals. You will rely on company-provided leads and maintain a high-end, luxury sales approach.

This on-site role features uncapped incentive pay, paid training, an on-site iPad, travel perks, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect a consistent 35–40 hour work week with two consecutive days off.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• College degree is preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle.
• Positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• General knowledge of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales presentations in our sales center.
• Establish rapport with prospective owners and/or current owners.
• Communicate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends.
