Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to present vacation ownership opportunities at our on-site center. You will engage prospects, establish rapport, and close deals using company policies and approved closing techniques.

You'll work with provided leads, enjoy uncapped earning potential with incentives, and participate in a comprehensive training program. A college degree is preferred, and a positive, high-energy mindset is essential to succeed in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• General knowledge of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current owners
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through closing techniques
• Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
