Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sales policies and represent the company professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets by closing transactions.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Recruit future sales associates and participate in sales meetings.
• Support group sales presentations as needed.
