Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Adhere to sales policies and represent the company professionally.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Recruit future sales associates and participate in group presentations.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer for ongoing training.
• Other duties as assigned.
