Qualifications

• Licensed real estate (if applicable) or willingness to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Participate in personnel selection and development workflows.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer for initial and ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates and participate in group sales presentations.
