Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners in creating memorable vacation experiences and opportunities to engage with our properties and benefits.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction, handle inquiries about pricing and availability, and support referrals while maintaining accurate records. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and adherence to company standards are required for success.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Background and/or drug screening may be required.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions about properties and location amenities; provide recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and inform them of promotions, opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
• Welcome and greet guests and interact professionally with colleagues to support team goals.
