Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is expanding its team inside The Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee, IL. We seek highly motivated marketing/sales minded individuals who are financially driven to work with guests and promote our vacation packages.

Offered is an hourly plus commission structure with potential earnings of $75K and above; top performers have averaged over $120K in 2025. Flexible schedule, excellent benefits, and strong growth opportunities accompany the role.

We provide a concierge service to all guests staying inside the Great Wolf Lodge while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations. Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and have an eagerness for upward growth. Top pay (guaranteed wages plus an excellent bonus structure), excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and growth potential. Candidate should live in the Gurnee / Antioch / Grayslake and surrounding areas, as well as over the border in Wisconsin, and ready to start as soon as possible.

Competitive earnings package with the income potential of $75K and above. Our top performers in 2025 averaged over $120K!! This is an hourly plus commission / bonus pay structure.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Past experience in hospitality and/or Sales experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
