Offered is an hourly plus commission structure with potential earnings of $75K and above; top performers have averaged over $120K in 2025. Flexible schedule, excellent benefits, and strong growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to promote Hilton Grand Vacations vacation packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fulfill guest needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow company procedures.
