The role emphasizes on-site operations, inventory control, quality inspections, and collaboration with vendors. You will use Breezeway and mobile tools to dispatch tasks, track progress, and maintain brand standards

Qualifications

3+ years in property management or vacation rental operations.
Proven leadership of vendor networks or independent cleaning teams.
Weekend availability during peak season.
Tech-savvy with mobile apps, smart locks, and field communication tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Lead Saturday turnover logistics with real-time dispatch to ensure on-time check-ins.
Manage cleaning crews, inspectors, and linen logistics.
