Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a housekeeping professional to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental homes. You will handle duties from sweeping and mopping to laundry, restocking amenities, and maintaining hot tubs with on-site training.

The role emphasizes attention to detail to deliver pristine, welcoming stays for guests and homeowners. Availability includes Sundays and Mondays with potential weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to access hard-to-reach areas and clean underneath.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
