Better Talent in Southwest Michigan seeks a proactive leader to oversee vacation rental operations, including reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and property care. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on involvement to keep daily operations running smoothly and to drive long-term growth.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and build strong relationships with property owners, guests, and staff—delivering seamless service and 5-star hospitality across the portfolio.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with staff, owners, and guests.
• Tech-savvy with experience in property management systems (PMS) or similar operational software.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond to urgent operational needs as required.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative—comfortable wearing multiple hats while leading a team.
