Job summary

First Chair Destinations seeks a dedicated housekeeping teammate to professionally clean vacation rental homes across our portfolio. You will perform thorough cleaning, restock amenities, manage laundry, and ensure guests experience pristine, comfortable stays.

Training is provided for specialty tasks like hot tubs. The schedule is Friday to Monday, with 20–30 hours weekly, and travel between worksites is required to support guest satisfaction and homeowner trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or vacation rental cleaning is preferred.
• Training provided for hot tub maintenance.
• Comfort with mobile apps and software.
• Willingness to travel between worksites is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean surfaces.
• Move furniture to access and clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create welcoming environments and note damages for repairs.
