Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform cleaning tasks—sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry—creating welcoming environments for guests and owners.

This role offers on-site training, a flexible schedule with 20–30 hours per week, and weekends/holidays may be required. Compensation starts at $20 per hour with pay deductions for training and time off as described.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Help with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
