Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a thorough housekeeping associate to professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties, performing sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry to ensure pristine, welcoming homes for guests.

This role involves travel between worksites, flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, on-site training, and compensation of $20 per hour with additional earnings from cleaning tasks. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental cleaning preferred.
• Training provided; prior housekeeping experience a bonus.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and digital systems.
• Frequent travel between worksites with reliable transportation.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently in a team.
• Excellent guest communication and positive representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using prescribed procedures.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture as needed to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Meet and maintain housekeeping metrics.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Replenish consumables and maintain hot tubs (training provided).
• Other duties as assigned in hospitality.
