Job summary

First Chair Destinations is hiring for a housekeeping role to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform thorough cleaning, restock amenities, and help ensure a pristine, welcoming home for guests.

Candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable using mobile apps and tablets. The job involves travel between worksites and requires reliable transportation. Training is provided for hot tubs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify and note damages or needed repairs; create maintenance tickets as necessary.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Replenish consumables such as soaps and paper products.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
