Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties across our service areas. You will perform thorough cleaning, laundry, restocking, and basic maintenance to ensure every home feels welcoming to guests and homeowners alike.

Flexibility is key as shifts include weekends and holidays. Travel between worksites is required, with on-site training provided for hot tub maintenance and preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or related industry is preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required—we can train.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings.
