Panhandle Getaways is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our vacation rental portfolio across the Florida Panhandle. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and build strong referral relationships with real estate professionals and investors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or account executive experience in vacation rentals.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in-person outreach.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing territory and pipeline.
• Experience with CRM or similar sales platforms.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and convert vacation rental homeowners into new management clients.
• Generate opportunities through outbound calls, emails, direct mail, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop referral relationships with real estate professionals, developers, investors, and partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement.
• Present services, revenue projections, and strategies to maximize rental performance.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with consistent follow-up and CRM documentation.
