Wyndham Destinations in San Diego, CA seeks an energetic Sales Associate to deliver compelling in-person presentations at award-winning resorts. Build rapport with prospective and current owners, and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.

Role involves generating sales through effective closing, attending ongoing training, and meeting performance goals. No travel beyond the home site area required. Competitive compensation with bonuses and commissions.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Must have real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Present sales in Wyndham Destinations’ sales centers to prospective or current owners.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and using closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Meet and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually; maintain required production levels.
