Career Site Brand is seeking an Elite Frontline Vacation Sales Consultant in Kissimmee, FL. You will conduct vacation ownership tours, present the points program, and close sales during structured tours with pre-qualified guests.

Consultants in their first full year are targeted to earn $80,000–$120,000. Our tenured top performers regularly hit $300,000+, reflecting commissions and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (higher education encouraged but not required).
• Strong oral communication and listening skills.
• Positive, high-energy professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Walk guests through the resort property and Sales Gallery on a structured tour at scheduled times.
• Present the Holiday Inn Club Vacations points program and tailor your recommendation to each family's real vacation needs — discovery-first, consultative selling.
• Handle objections and close — this is a performance-based role with real expectations.
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions — this is a job where you keep learning even after year one.
• Participate in sales manager ride-alongs and performance reviews as part of our development program.
