Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Orlando, FL is seeking a frontline sales consultant to conduct vacation ownership tours for pre-qualified guests. You’ll build rapport, present our points-based program, and close sales through a structured tour flow and commission-based compensation.

In your first full year, targets range from $80,000 to $120,000, with top performers earning $300,000+. Expect ongoing training, ride-alongs with managers, and a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• High School Diploma or GED (higher education encouraged but not required)
• Strong oral communication and listening skills
• Positive, high-energy professional attitude
• Self-directed and motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged to perform
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Walk guests through the resort property and Sales Gallery on a structured tour at scheduled times
• Present the Holiday Inn Club Vacations points program and tailor recommendations to families' vacation needs
• Handle objections and close - this is a performance-based role with real expectations
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions - this is a job where you keep learning even after year one
• Participate in sales manager ride-alongs and performance reviews as part of our development program
