Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Kissimmee, FL is hiring Elite Frontline Vacation Sales Consultants to conduct vacation ownership tours for pre-qualified guests. You’ll build rapport, present our points-based program, and close the sale on a structured tour with a clear commission plan.

In your first full year you’re targeted to earn $80,000–$120,000, with tenured top performers regularly hitting $300,000+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (higher education encouraged but not required).
• Strong oral communication and listening skills.
• Positive, high-energy professional attitude.
• Self-directed and motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged to perform.
• Collaborative mindset — our best reps make the whole team better.

Responsibilities

• Walk guests through tours at scheduled times.
• Present the points program and tailor recommendations to families.
• Handle objections and close — performance-based role with clear expectations.
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.
• Participate in sales manager ride-alongs and development program.
